Virtual Branch® (Internet Banking)

When you enroll with Virtual Branch® Services as a Bethlehem Teachers FCU member, you can perform home banking tasks and communicate with the Credit Union quickly and easily from the comfort of your own home or wherever you may happen to be. These services provide secure access at any hour of the day. If you have any questions, help is at your fingertips. Virtual Branch® provides several resources including on-line interactive help, electronic messages to Member Services, or you can simply pick up the phone.

Virtual Branch® is free to any BTFCU member who qualifies and it's easy to get started.

Here's how you get started…

You must be a member of Bethlehem Teachers Federal Credit Union to use Virtual Branch®. Click here for more information on eligibility and for a membership application.
Apply for Virtual Branch® enrollment. You can pick up an application at the Credit Union or you can click here to get one. Take the completed and signed application to the Credit Union for processing. (Because one or more signatures are required, we cannot take applications over the Internet).
Download and install the latest browser. If you do not already have a recent version of either Internet Explorer or Firefox, we recommend downloading and installing it now. Both programs are free.
Wait for your enrollment package to arrive in the mail. This packet will include your log in and temporary PIN (personal identification number). Allow up to seven business days for your application to be processed.
Log In. There is a Virtual Branch® logo in the left-hand section of each of our web pages. Click it to bring up the log in page. The logo looks like this:
