Bridge Loans

Are you in the market for a new home? It's quite common that you don't have sufficient savings to cover costs of buying the new home before you sell your existing one. BTFCU offers Bridge Loans for just this sort of situation. These loans "bridge" the time between when you purchase your new home and when you sell your current home.

Why consider a Bridge Loan?

Convenience: You don't have to wait until your current house is sold to obtain financing for your new home.
More time: Take up to 12 months to sell your existing property. Interest is due monthly. Principal is due at the end of the term.
