A Penny Saved

"A Penny Saved is a Penny Earned" is a famous quote made by Benjamin Franklin. What does that mean to you?

When you save money in your account at the credit union, we pay you "interest" on the money. The interest is then put into your account and becomes your money. The interest is called dividends. You earn dividends by keeping the pennies that you save in your account.
