Canceled Check Images Available Online


On-Line check image access provides Virtual Branch users with the ability to view front and back images of canceled checks. You can look at the image, print it, download it to a disk for recordkeeping, and then close out the image. Since you can access the image instantly, there’s no more waiting for check copy requests to be processed.

How It Works

When registered Virtual Branch Online Banking users sign on to their account, they can view a check image in a few easy steps:

Step One:
Step One: Click on the your checking account number.

Log on to Virtual Branch. On the Account Summary page, click the share draft checking account.

Step Two:
Step Two: Click on the check number you want to see.

When the list of checks appears, click on the blue highlighted check number of the check you would like to view.

Step Three:
Step Three: A window will pop up with the front and back of the check you requested.

A separate browser window opens which contains an image of both the front and back of the check. If you like, simply click on the print button that appears below the image to print a paper copy of the image.

Please note: Canceled check images may not be available until the day after the check clears.
